Monthly owner statements

Fees

Management fees and onboarding costs will be agreed before work begins.

Additional third-party costs, including cleaning, maintenance, photography, or furnishings, may apply where applicable.

Property Owner Responsibilities

Property owners are responsible for ensuring:

All information provided is accurate.
The property is legally permitted for short-term letting.
Appropriate insurance is maintained.
Required licences and permissions are obtained.
The property complies with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Third-Party Booking Platforms

Properties may be advertised on platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

Valana Stays is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or decisions made by those third-party providers.

Maintenance & Repairs

Where authorised, we may arrange maintenance and repairs on your behalf.

Emergency repairs necessary to protect guests or the property may be arranged immediately without prior approval where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valana Stays shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of future bookings
Market fluctuations
Platform interruptions
Indirect or consequential losses
Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property
